I have come to learn that you have to do what you love - and I love baking! A few years ago I decided that this was a gift I need to share with everyone. My family and friends could tell you that I easily have the biggest sweet tooth. Back when I was on a keto-diet, I had a difficult time looking for sweets that I could enjoy, so I decided that I should just make it myself. I started baking to satisfy my sweet tooth and the rest is history.

With my background in Chemical Engineering, I learned to love the process of baking. The need for precise measurements is the basis of my creative canvas. When all the pieces come together, I have a delicious sweet and a wonderful creation to share!
